How to Use Plugins in HappyAI
Plugins are powerful extensions that enhance the capabilities of your HappyAI agents. Here's how to leverage them effectively.
Available Plugins
- Swisscom Brain: Integrate the comprehensive knowledge base of Swisscom into any agent. This plugin allows you to query Swisscom-related information seamlessly during your interactions.
- Skribble Brain: Integrate the comprehensive knowledge base of Skribble into any agent. This plugin allows you to query Skribble-related information seamlessly during your interactions.
- Website-Crawler: Enables your agent to crawl and utilize content from a specified URL in real-time. When a URL is entered in the chat, this plugin processes the webpage content, making it available to the AI for contextually enriched responses.
How to Enable Plugins
Enabling plugins can enhance the functionality of your existing agents or can be a part of a new custom agent setup.
- Create or Select an Agent: Start by creating a new agent or select an existing one that you wish to enhance with plugins.
- Access Session Settings: Navigate to the "Session Settings" of the selected agent.
- Find the Plugins Section: In the settings menu, scroll down to locate the section dedicated to plugins.
- Enable Desired Plugin: Toggle on the desired plugin(s) you want to activate. You can choose one or multiple plugins based on your requirements.
Once enabled, the plugin(s) will automatically be detected during your chat sessions. For instance, entering a URL will activate the Website-Crawler, or asking a Swisscom-related query will utilize the Swisscom Brain.
Important: Set Your Name in the Plugin Settings
To ensure your queries are successful, you must set your NAME in the plugin settings. You can do this by scrolling down to the Session Settings at the bottom of the page there you will see the "(Plugin Name) Configuration", or by clicking on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the message after your first query attempt.
Failing to set your name will result in unsuccessful queries. Your name is required for feedback and logging purposes, so please make sure to complete this step before proceeding with your queries.
