How to Import/Export Data in HappyAI

HappyAI allows you to export and import your data, including messages, agents, and settings. This feature is especially useful for backing up your data or transferring it between different browsers or devices.

Exporting Data

Export All Data

1. Access Settings: Click on the Settings button located in the sidebar at the bottom left.

2. Navigate to Export Options: Select 'Export Configuration'.

3. Choose Export Type: Click on "Export Global Settings and All Agent Data".

   This option exports all the data associated with your HappyAI session, including all messages, agent configurations, and settings.

Export Individual Agents

1. Select an Agent: Find the agent you wish to export from the sidebar.

2. Access Export Options: Click on the three dots next to the agent's name and select 'Export Configuration'.

3. Choose Export Scope: You have the option to export just the settings or include messages as well.

   This method allows you to selectively back up or share individual agents.

Importing Data

1. Open Settings: Click on the Settings button in the sidebar.

2. Initiate Import: Select 'Import Configuration'.

3. Upload File: Choose and upload the previously exported configuration file.

   The import process will apply the settings, agents, and messages from the selected file to your current HappyAI session.
